SassyStone Consulting Services was developed by Art Linn Stone in 2008. After working in upper management in corporate America for many years, Art Linn discerned that many worthy employees (real worker-bees) were being overlooked for promotions while many slacker-bees were continuously getting ahead - more money, higher positions, and more notoriety - for doing little to contribute to the company's growth. Art Linn decided that it was time for a change and began planning to leave the corporate rat race for a more controllable, ego-free, productive work life.
The new path was to start a company that would be supportive of all people, regardless of their levels in the workforce and life, in general. SassyStone Consulting Services identifies issues that people feel are stagnating their personal and professional growth, then works toward resolving those issues one by one.
Many of SassyStone's clients have disclosed a deep desire to have their own businesses where they can be free to be creative, artistic, and productive. These worthy characteristics, coupled with respect, equate to general happiness in all aspects of one's life. Other clients have expressed a desire to demonstrate their team-oriented skill sets and loyalty in an environment that has strong, effective leadership - an environment where corporate heads know that egos do not belong in the workforce, but rather humble mentalities of working along with teams.
